Introduction:
It is mainly used to measure the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductor, solid electrical insulating material, thermal conductive silicone, resin, rubber, beryllium oxide ceramic, alumina ceramic, contact thermal resistance at solid interface and thermal conductivity of materials. DRL-III thermal conductivity instrument is designed and manufactured according to ASTM D5470-2017 standard. Our company has accumulated more than 10 years of production, manufacturing, user experience, so that product performance is constantly improving and mature. Servo motor is used to control precise automatic pressure, automatic thickness measuring device, and connected with computer to achieve full automatic control. The instrument adopts 6-point temperature gradient detection, which improves the testing precision. The thermal protection device is added around the test rod in the test head to reduce the influence of environmental temperature on the test. The thermal resistance curve can be measured at different pressures, and the thermal conductivity, thermal resistance and contact thermal resistance at the interface can be measured by using the optimized mathematical model. Adopt the latest technology cold end temperature automatic compensation.
